Embarking on a momentous journey, the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony at Ayodhya Ram Mandir is poised to unfold over seven days, encompassing formal pre-Praan Pratishtha rituals from January 16 to 21. The consecration of Shri Ram Lalla is earmarked for January 22, marking the pinnacle of this sacred process. Expectations soar with over 8,000 esteemed guests anticipated on the consecration day, and a surge of devout followers anticipated from January 23 onward. The meticulous preparations for this profound event are currently in full swing.

Initiating on January 16, the designated host, appointed by the temple trust - Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra, will preside over the atonement ceremony. This ceremonial affair will include the 'Dashvidh' bath, Vishnu worship, and offerings to cows along the serene Saryu River.

On January 17, a majestic procession will gracefully transport the idol of Lord Ram in his child-like form (Ram Lalla) to Ayodhya. Devotees, carrying Saryu water in Mangal Kalash, will accompany this divine journey en route to the Ram Janmabhoomi temple.

January 18 marks the commencement of formal rituals, encompassing Ganesh Ambika puja, Varun puja, Matrika puja, Brahmin Varan, and Vastu puja.

On January 19, the lighting of the holy fire will be followed by the establishment of 'Navagraha' and a 'havan'.

January 20 brings a sanctifying touch as the sanctum sanctorum of the temple is cleansed with the sacred waters of Saryu. Subsequent rituals include Vaastu peace and Annadhivas.

January 21 unfolds a divine bath with 125 urns, culminating in Shayadhivas, where the Ram Lalla idol is bathed and laid to rest.

January 22 holds a pivotal role with morning puja and the consecration of the Ram Lalla deity in 'Mrigashira Nakshatra' during the afternoon Pran Pratishtha at 12:20 p.m., culminating in an 'aarti'.
